Global Software Implementation

This was my first large-scale project in which GDPR compliance and the handling of personal information (PI) were core architectural considerations. Our objective was to eliminate internal PI centralization by delegating all PI-related processing and storage to vetted third-party providers. This approach reduced organizational liability while ensuring that all data flows, integrations, and system components adhered to strict security, privacy, and compliance standards.
